HR Investigation Officer

We are working with a wonderful charity who are located in south Leeds and are searching for a HR Investigation Officer to support the team for an ongoing, temporary assignment. Reporting into the Director of People, the suitable candidate will have worked to senior HR Advisor or Senior ER level and be seeking an interim role. Working Monday-Friday, the charity can offer hybrid working of 1 day from home per week.

You will be recruited to support with investigation caseload, managing to conclusion. Compiling reports and recommendations, support hearing processes and the hearing manager as well as coordinate diaries to manage timely completion of investigations.

As this is a temporary position, suitable candidates must be available immediately and be able to commit to the booking, which will initially be for 8 weeks- possible extensions will be reviewed as the assignment progresses.
