As the HR Governance and Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR governance structures and compensation programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Role:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
