The Role We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our small but mighty team for Sandstone UK. Our ultimate goal is to support the business by creating an amazing employee experience where people can grow, feel valued and do their best work every day. We do this by creating best in class people initiatives around learning and development and performance enablement.Support the delivery and implementation of people related initiatives and projects to enhance engagement and cultureOversee day-to-day management of the Sandstone UK officeResponsible for maintaining a satisfied and engaged group of key stakeholdersManage end-to-end recruitment of Sandstone employeesEstablish and build strong relationships throughout the businessPositively consult to and influence key stakeholders on people related mattersProvide support and advice on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policiesDrive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into our culture, processes, and technologies. This role is part-time 3 days per week
