Your mission:
Oversee and champion recruitment
Be the backbone of the HR Department
Support operational functions and innovation projects
Provide stellar customer service and streamline communications
Keep tenant records and systems in top-notch shape
Be the glue that holds the team together
Your role:
Collaborate with the recruitment partners, turning job requirements into reality
Schedule and co ordinate interviews with recrutiers and candidates
Nurture relationships with preferred recruiters
Ensure smooth onboarding for new members
Manageme recruitment platforms
Keep HR System up to date
Handle confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion
Handle meeting room bookings and couriers when needed
Welcome visitors with a friendly smile and hospitality
Aim to answer over 95% of customer calls within KPI's
Personal effectiveness:
Confidentiality is your middle name, you will be handling sensitive information with the utmost profresionalism. You will be responsible for planning your workload, working independently and maintaining impeccable task organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential!
