Our client, a prestigious international finance house has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join its busy growing HR department.



Your duties will include:




  • Providing HR support in a range of generalist areas and building key relationships across the business

  • Being the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all HR queries

  • Supporting the Head of HR with all day-to-day operational HR duties

  • Supporting employee relations (e.g. grievances/disciplinaries, supporting managers with performance management etc)

  • Reviewing/updating HR policies

  • Assisting with recruitment activities (preparing job specs, interviewing, contracts of employment etc)

  • Assisting with various HR projects



Your experience must include: �




  • Strong proven experience as a HR Generalist within banking/investment management/finance ��

  • Degree educated

  • Qualified/part qualified CIPD

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
