Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a leading manufacturing client on an interim HR Generalist opportunity.

Based on site at their Head office in Evesham for 2 days a week, this role is paying �35k - �40k per annum + great benefits.

As this role will be on an interim basis for the next 6-8 weeks, the successful candidate must be able to start a role in the next few weeks.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role requires an experienced operational HR Generalist who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focused advice on general HR and People matters. You will also be responsible for managing all Employee relations issues and be comfortable with end to end case management. You will be the go to person for managers so you will need to provide expert advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are implemented across the business.

Alongside this you will work closely with the Operations Team on performance management and development planning processes, identifying and monitoring any areas of HR improvement and ensuring improvement in line with HR action plans. As well as, improvement of HR systems and processes and identifying HR policy development changes needed to ensure excellent HR service and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of HR regulatory requirements, guidance and developments.

HR Advisor - About you:

Proven, recent background operating in a generalist HR role and be able to provide support and guidance to managers around employee relations, policies and processes and payroll queries.

Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
