Remote working with the occasional day in Leamington Spa based office

Monday to Friday�- Mon to Thurs - 9am to 5pm

3 month contract�- potential to apply for permanent role if successful

�34,000 - �43,000pa depending on skills and experience

Our client, a charity based in Leamington Spa, are looking for a Senior Employment Advisor to work within a small team to complete 360 HR duties. A CIPD qualification is advantageous, but candidates who are qualified through experience will also be considered.

The key responsibilities:

• Managing grievances within all teams


• Sickness monitoring


• Organising training and supporting managers with training needs


• Dealing with compensation and benefits


• Editing and overseeing policies

The ideal candidate:

• HR generalist experience - must have work experience in 360 HR


• Good with systems - previous experience with HR systems and quick to pick up new ones


• Happy to work alone but also support a team


• Reliable, trustworthy and highly confidential


• A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential if the candidate is qualified through experience
