Working for long standing client we are delighted to be resourcing for a HR Generalist working with a dynamic team in a lovely office setting. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience with the ability to deliver and build key relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highly experienced in employment relations and engagement strategies including complex employment relations.
• Producing, updating and delivering on a variety of policies and procedures
• Experience of TUPE
• Support with advice and guidance related to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience of working with Unions and other external agencies
• Able to remain calm and mediate in difficult circumstances.
