HR Executive for Innovative Design Consultancy Firm

An innovative design consultancy firm are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join the HR team in their modern Birmingham City Centre! This is a full time, permanent position which is offering between 25-30k dependent on experience with excellent benefits!

The responsibilities include:

• Administration of all the elements of the employee life cycle including documentation for new starters, leavers, promotions, verification documents, contracts etc


• Overseeing new starters and leavers on their internal programmes to ensure smooth onboarding and off boarding


• Maintaining employee records and assisting with HR administration for employee related communications


• Ensuring probation and annual reviews are occurring and answering relevant questions when needed


• Monitoring the HR inbox and answering email queries


• Completing job descriptions and managing job postings


• Any other related HR/Administration duties required

The candidate needs to have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, a self-starter attitude with the motivation to deliver excellent service and a level of professionalism.

It is essential for the candidate to have previous HR experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office suite. It is desirable for the candidate is working towards CIPD level 5.
