Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from line managers, providing precise and timely information and guidance.Oversee the recruitment process for supervisory roles and above across all brands and shared service functions.Manage the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.Handle the application and renewal of work passes for foreign employees.Coordinate the annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files.Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys.Undertake any additional tasks delegated by superiors. Requirements:Diploma/Degree with a minof 3 years of hands-on experience, possessing proficient knowledge of local employment legislation.Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.Display a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in handling executive level recruitment is an added advantage.To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button and job details.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Jonathan Tan (R1440473)
