The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic direction to the business. You will be responsible for developing
and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectivesProvide strategic direction to the business on all HR mattersLead the HR function and manage a team of HR professionalsEnsure compliance with employment legislation and best practiceManage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance proceduresOversee recruitment and retention activitiesDevelop and implement training and development programsProvide advice and guidance to managers on HR matters Qualifications and Experience:
