Our client is a reputable global law firm highly recognised for their M&A work, they are now looking for a collaborative and pro-active HR Data Analyst to join their wider London HR team on a permanent basis.
The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for providing a high quality service to the wider firm and manage the Benefits Data and administration alongside the wider HR Operations and Benefits team.
Key Duties Include:
Demonstrate knowledge of the International offices benefit plans and programs in order to ensure seamless service to participants and support effective plan and program administration
Prepare reports based on analysis pertaining to benefit participation, eligibility, and cost.
Evaluate and analyse benefit spend and support budget tracking and forecasting.
Review and maintain internal process documents, making updates and recommendations for change where appropriate.
Demonstrate ability to evaluate benefits and implement new benefit offerings, from vendor selection to contracting to benefit roll out and administration.
Analyse and audit benefits data, review and generate specialised reporting requests.
Coordinate with internal HR and IT resources in the development, implementation, and evaluation of benefits data interfaces.
Monitor regulatory developments in the International benefits field and makes recommendations regarding necessary policy or administration changes.
Assist in Wellness program administration.
Identify data and reporting requirements regarding benefits
Support with ad-hoc projects and benefits information requests
The HR Data Analyst will ideally have at least 4 years or more experience with HR Data and Benefits, preferably within professional services/law firm along with a sound understanding of HRIS Systems. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and juggle multiple conflicting priorities. Demonstrating confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of service. The right candidate will possess excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented. The HR Data Analyst will be a flexible professional with a collaborative approach.
