Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to hire a HR Data Analyst for a leading organisation in Bradford. This is an exciting position where you will be facilitating the extraction and analysis of a wide range of data. You will be ensuring the best possible information is available to support planning and decision making. You will play an important role in the administration, testing and development of multiple people systems.
As a HR Data Analyst you need skills in the following:
Advanced Excel
Advanced Windows based software skills to be able to carry out complex extraction, manipulation and analysis of large data sets
Ability to analyse written and numerical information
Experience with working with a Business Intelligence software
Experience of working with people systems and people data (desirable)
