As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in HR and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and innovative industry. Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Experience using HRIS (preferably HiBob), ATS and screening platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessment tests, and background checks. Assist with visa applications as part of any global mobility activity Support in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and employee databases. Assist with benefits administration and coordinate employee engagement activities. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations. Assist with employee relations inquiries and provide basic HR support. Support in organizing HR-related events and training sessions. Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
