Your new company We are working alongside a Southampton-based charity to recruit an experienced HR coordinator to join their small, busy team in the city centre.Your new role You will be reporting directly to HR Director and responsible for a range of HR generalist/HR administration tasks including updating HR and people data onto systems (ITrent). You will be supporting and communicating with a range of stakeholders from managers through to employees about all first line HR queries, and supporting recruitment activities including uploading adverts and performing the vetting process. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have an excellent eye for detail, be able to prioritise your workload and be comfortable working independently. You will ideally have experience in a fast-paced HR environment handling a variety of HR transactional and HR queries. CIPD level 3 / 5 or related HR experience in HR Administrator/HR Coordinator role will also be desirable. Experience using ITrent HR Systems is incredibly beneficial, but not necessarily essential.
