Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar strategic HR role.Strong understanding of employment legislation and its application in a business context.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.Experience in managing and delivering HR projects.CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
