Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Coordinating training and development programs
- Providing support with HR administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Experience in an HR role or similar
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS (human resource information systems)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
