HR Business Partner

Your new roleAs the lead HR Business Partner, you will have the dotted line responsibility for the HR team ensuring that a sound HR service is provided for the wider business. Reporting into the Director you will partner with the business and mangers looking after a client group of around 300.This is a busy and demanding role and requires a competent and senior strategic focussed HR professional who is able to lead on business priorities including talent and EDI initiatives and business in complex/critical issues.
