HR Business Partner

Working Hours: Flexible hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00am - 17:00pm) Salary: £31,850 - £34,125 Location: Primarily remote work, occasional face-to-face meetings in London (1-2 times a month). Occasional travel to cover the North of England, including the north. Reporting Line: This personwill report to the Business Partner. Close collaboration with the BP based in the north. Responsibilities:
Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers across the organisation.Assist in delivering the People Strategy aligned with safeguarding and EDI policies.Coach managers on employee relations matters. Experience:
Generalist ER background.Handling complex ER cases and TUPE experience.Familiarity with change management, long-term sickness, and organisational growth. Qualifications:
