About the Company An award-winning law firm with excellent culture are seeking a HR Business Partner on 16 month FTC. About the Role Working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a broad generalist role offering leadership and operational elements. The successful candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders whilst working with the wider HR team to deliver operational guidance across the business. Duties include: Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners Manage annual appraisal and salary review processes Coach managers in the development of their people management skills Advising on employee relations matters Providing guidance on resourcing and talent acquisition Lead on absence management and family leave matters Champion best practice Job Requirements You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Manager/Business Partner level within a law firm/professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to drive change and build positive relationships is essential.
