Job DescriptionAre you a confident and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? If yes, then this could be the role for you!Torbay Pharmaceuticals are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team based in Paignton on 6 month contract basis. This a new role in which the successful candidate will work in partnership with the business on a number of key projects and play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.The ideal candidate will be available immediately and be a true HR Generalist with project experience and have a strong background in HR with particular focus on change management.About Torbay Pharmaceuticals At TP we have our own special kind of chemistry. Together we can make lives better.Reporting into the Chief People Officer you will work collaboratively with your business area along with the wider HR team on key projects whilst also supporting with other day to day HR activities according the business strategy.What you can expect in a HR Business Partner role at TP: Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support those goals.Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practiceUsing your strategic collaboration skills to lead on key projectsSupporting managers and wider team with any projects we are runningSupporting and coaching managers regarding difficult situations and conflict resolutionEmployee relations, ensuring we have the right processes in place, supporting managers with investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.Ensure compliance with employment laws, staying up to date with changes and proactively addressing any issues.Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness, employee engagement, and team dynamics.
