HR Business Partner

Looking for a new, varied and busy HR Business Partner role in Huntingdon?We're looking for a collaborative, commercial HR Business Partner to provide the effective partnering of leaders and managers within this growing FMCG business.You'll be balancing operational and strategic agendas with the role including:Contribution to the people strategyEmployee relationsEmployee engagementCoaching and supporting line managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures Provide regular updates on ER caseloads and trendsReviewing and updating of internal policiesSupport with new and ongoing People & Culture projectsComplianceUpdating the HRIS system accuratelyIdeally, you'll be CIPD qualified with experience of working in HR within in the manufacturing industry.Broad HRBP / Generalist / Advisor experience is essential along with:-Experience of developing strategies and planningExperience of dealing with multiple ER casesExcellent influencing and relationship management skillsThis is a great opportunity to join an established HR team, on a full-time, permanent basis.Location: Huntingdon (Full-time onsite)Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmSalary: CompetitiveEA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
