HR Business PartnerFull time and permanentYork- Hybrid working availableUp to £50k.Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to join their team.As the HR Business Partner, you will work within a team of HR Business Partners to provide an effective HR service on all aspects of the People agenda.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:- Maintain effective Employee Relations processes by providing advice and guidance to effectively manage people issues.- Implement effective performance management systems to meet requirements.- Work with specific business area's to provide an effective HR service, identifying and addressing any issues that impact business priorities.- Coach and develop manager capability.- Provide support and guidance to Directors and Managers to reach appropriate decisions in line with case law and legislation.We are looking for:- Ideally CIPD Level 5/7 qualified or working towards.- Excellent knowledge of Employment law band legislation.- Excellent communicator, both written and vocal.- HR Generalist experience.This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team.
