The Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within our client's organisation. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's people strategy
Lead on HR projects focused on enhancing employee experience
Lead and support change management initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and other sensitive matters.
Utilise HR analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, measure HR metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employment law compliance, policies and procedures, and best practices.
Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Job Criteria - Essential:
CIPD-qualified or degree-equivalent
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong expertise in change management, complex ER, and project management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
