About Our Client Our client is a fast growing organisation within the retail sector. With a team spread across multiple locations, the company focuses on delivering exceptional service to its customers. They are looking to expand their team with the creation of a new HRBP position, bringing HR fully in-house.
Job DescriptionPartner with department leaders to understand and execute the organisations human resource and talent strategy.Participate in company-wide strategy meetings and help determine HR requirements.Support employees and managers in various northern locations to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and managers.Identify training needs and organise appropriate training interventions.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner should have:A degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.Strong knowledge of employment legislation.Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.Experience in the retail industry.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
