Macmillan Davies are looking to attract a HR Business Partner for a role in the East Midlands.The business operates as a well-recognised, multi-channel retailer who never stand still.The role is a permanent fixture in an expanding team supporting Head Office activity in this vast, acquisitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement the People Plan for your designated functions that support the Group wide People strategyEnhance HR engagement and quality of subsequent HR outputPartner with business leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy, and engagementSupport Line Managers in ER matters and develop appropriate solutions.Provide Organisational Design where necessary to ensure a fully functioning, efficient structure is in place across your business unitsSupporting managers in the recruitment, retention and management of a growing workforceWork with the internal talent team ensuring timely implementation of talent processes to ensure development in your functions, including the establishment of succession and workforce plansCollaborate with colleagues to deliver transformational people change projectsThe business is hoping to attract a well-versed HR Business Partner who can support a variety of Head Office functions and form part of the Business Partnering team across the Organisation. The role will test all your generalist HR expertise and we're looking for a highly credible, commercially savvy operator adept at handling a broad range of tasks and projects through to completion. Your outlook will always be to find a workable solution to an issue as opposed to taking a black and white approach, so your judgement and knowledge will be valued in the business.
