HR Business Partner Permanent Contract
Larbert Office (Onsite Role) Full Time
Circa £30,000 – £40,000 I am pleased to be supporting one of our well-established manufacturing clients, who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their small local team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of the strategic HR plan, provide best practice
advice and guidance to management and cover a range of generalist duties. What you will get:

Roll out HR Strategy, Culture and Policy with a focus on Employee EngagementGuiding, advising, coaching and mentoring managers across the organisationLeading on Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance and Training InitiativesManaging ER cases, maintaining Trade Union Relationship and ensuring legislative compliance and best practice Looking for:
