They are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team.DescriptionYou will use business and HR insight to identify and influence people and business change initiativesFocusing on business opportunities at a strategic, tactical and implementation levelProvide practical advice and solutions emphasising the risks and benefits of alternative approachesYou will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectivesProfileA successful HR Business Partner should have:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven working experience as an HR business partnerExcellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholdersKnowledge of HR systems and databasesUnderstanding of labour law and disciplinary proceduresJob OfferA challenging role that allows for growth and developmentA positive and engaging company culture Benefits include; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and moreHybrid working; 2 - 3 days in the officeBase salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience plus car allowance
