With a reputation built on personalised bespoke HR solutions and a commitment to meeting clients' unique needs, this is an exceptional opportunity to work with a market leader.The successful candidate requires a blend of people management skills, strategic HR partnering with clients and the ability to deal with complex and sensitive HR matters.Key Deliverables:People Management: Responsible for managing a team to deliver on client expectations and provide a high-quality HR service. Development of the team to ensure everyone reaches their potential and talent is nurtured. Creates an environment that motivates the team and recognises success. Managing day to day operational HR processes for the team (for example: absence management, performance management, discipline). Recruitment of new team members as required. Monitoring performance led KPIS for both team and individuals. Schedules and priorities team workloads with the support of the Operational DirectorPortfolio Management: Oversees a portfolio of clients ensuring that they receive a high level of service in line with service level agreements. Conducting regular client review meetings. Remain up to date on employment laws & facilitate the update of all HR processes and documents in line with legislative changes so that clients always remain compliant. Facilitate the onboarding of new clients to ensure that service is set up efficiently and clients are compliant. Assist in maintaining the organisations financial diligence through ensuring team activities are inline with business packages and service level agreements. Upselling support through identifying consultancy opportunities and value add activities.Strategic HR – Clients Working proactively with clients to align people processes and plans to the overall business plan. Working with senior leaders as a trusted partner to provide advice, guidance, and ideas. Risk management and mitigation, identify, evaluate, and prioritise risks for clients to reduce impact to their business. Delivery of on-site sessions in line with service level agreements. Support the client in their desired outcome by ensuring best practice is encouraged and advised through risk and consequence analysis.Complex HR Processes Conducting complex investigations on a range of high-risk cases. Hearing appeals as part of disciplinary and grievance processes. Supporting clients through TUPE transfer processes and business mergers. Supporting HR team to respond to a range of queries and client requests in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain accurate internal records within internal systems to ensure HR compliance, HR law and GDPR regulations.The successful HR Business Partner is an experienced HR generalist who has a commercial edge, able to work with business owners proactively to support them to deliver the overall business plan. This role is a blend of reactive and proactive HR support.The successful candidate will be someone who is people focused and able to take a meta view of complex business scenarios to act in the best interests of both the employer and the employee.
