CMA HR Division are assisting a progressive, fast paced business based in Andover, Hampshire to recruit a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of HR the role will provide support with the development and delivery of the HR strategy, by challenging and supporting on existing and new working practices and behaviours. The responsibilities will be broad and varied, ranging from day-to-day employee relations to all stages of strategic HR Project work.What will the HR Business Partner role involve?Take a key role within the HR team to develop the HR function and the service it provides to the businessSupport the coaching and upskilling of managers in the development of their people management skills.Understand and interpret HR needs in each department and provide advice from a commercial perspective.Work with HR team and stakeholders across the business on various HR projectsSuitable Candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role with the ability to work at pace.A credible individual who can influence stakeholders across the business.Commercially astute and a good understanding of the practical application of HRMinimum CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualifiedCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
