They are looking for a capable and passionate HR Business Partner to help shape the future of the company. The successful HR Business Partner will be experienced in creating a HR function from grass roots and will be excited by the opportunity to create a robust HR function and an inclusive, vibrant people culture.
What will the role involve?
Working as part of the SMT to create a robust HR business plan
Act as the centralised contact for all HR related queries
Work with stakeholders to identify people challenges
Collate evidence and data to identify people priorities
Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency
Create a culture centralised around the business objectives
Identify training requirements and build people development plans

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a HR BP role or similar
Ability to demonstrate sophisticated emotional intelligence building meaningful relationships.
CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience
Experience of creating HR strategies against company objectives
Experience within a commercial, fast growth business advantageous
