I am working with a reputable organisation who are looking for 2 HR Business Partners to join their team, these roles are being created due to growth and a restructure within the HR team. You will report into the HR Director and your role will be a mixture of operational and strategic along with the line management of 2 HR Advisors.

- Support managers to understand the needs that you can support and work collaboratively to solve
- Work with the HR Team on process improvements to ensure a consistent and outstanding service
- Support employee journey - recruitment to exit
- ER - support and advise managers on complex cases
- Build strong stake holder relationships - being visible is key
- Support training and employee engagement
- Attend management meetings & reviews within your area
- Ad-hoc project work
