Hr Business Partner

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in London to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on an initial 2-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As an integral member of the divisional senior management team, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and across the wider P&OD function.

The People Business Partner will also be the designated lead on various Trust-wide workforce initiatives and programmes, with responsibility for development and implementation.

You would need to have worked as a HR Business Partner within the NHS to be considered for this role.�
