As the Lead HR Business Partner / HRBP, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the education sector by understanding the challenges faced by schools and creating effective strategies to address them. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing change initiatives and leading on organisational restructure with commercial HR Business Partner / HRBP Experience.
