HR Business Partner - £60k + bonus.



Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our HR team reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner. This challenging role will involve being part of the UK HR team, providing support and coaching to line managers and to assist with the implementation and delivery of excellent HR initiatives. This role will require you to be a quick thinker with the ability to drive processes that are essential to keeping our business operating.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Complete End to End HR Lifecycle activities and human resources programs by providing human resources services.




  • Grievance and disciplinary processes

  • Talent acquisition

  • Employment processing

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Health and welfare benefits

  • Training and development

  • Health and safety

  • Succession planning

  • Employee relations and retention

  • Performance Management

  • Appraisals

  • Legal compliance, and labor relations

  • Completing personnel transactions

  • Requirements.

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualification

  • Driver’s license and must be willing to use own vehicle

  • Proven knowledge of employment legislation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Diplomatic with good negotiation skills

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills

  • Ability to work with personnel at all levels

  • Proficient IT skills

  • Advocate of career development and training within the workplace

  • Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach and influence others

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage successfully towards timelines
