HR Business Partner



We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join an expanding retail chain with over 50 sites across the UK. Ideally CIPD qualified, this position will be travelling across the different sites providing HR support to teams as well as supporting the HR admin function.  No two days will be the same and this is an exciting opportunity to part of a growing team.

  • Generalist experience in HR and an understanding of HR processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal employees.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to pre-empt issues, plan and organise.

  • The ability to comprehend, interpret and apply guidelines, regulations, processes.

  • Personal resilience and the capacity to work effectively and stay calm under pressure are essential.



Key responsibilities:




  • Ensure the smooth administrative operation of the HR department by implementing and maintaining effective processes to support the HR Team and retail outlets.

  • Effective maintenance and organisation of HR records and internal databases.

  • Efficient and accurate data collation and entry of HR operating systems.

  • Review, revise, and update company policies.

  • Preparation of HR documents and correspondence.

  • Assist with employee queries and HR-related issues.

  • Work alongside payroll, providing them with up-to-date information on all employees.

  • Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
