HR Business Partner - Hybrid - £55,000pa

H9 Human Resources are partnering with a leading national employer to hire a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis, with hybrid working.

Salary �45,000 - �55,000pa DOE, with excellent benefits

This is a true HRBP role, partnering with business leaders across your locations. You will have responsibility to drive HR initiatives across your sites, with the support of a great HR team across the UK.
The role comes with 2 days home working per week. The main location is in Anglesey, but with travel to different sites in Wales and occasionally Ireland.

Requirements

• Candidates will require strong Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation
• Strong Trade Union experience would be an advantage
• The ability to travel 3 days per week
