The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to Western client groups within Citi.What you’ll doDeliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutionsResponsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecyclePartner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessedPartner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutionsCoordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processesWork with HRA global partners and to ensure consistent communication and delivery of HR solutions and processesCoordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver business activitiesLead and/or initiate cross Citi projects as well as train new team membersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we’ll need from youWorking knowledge of HR functionsWorking knowledge of applicable UK legislationExperience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner roleExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate and partner with individuals at all levels within the organisationDemonstrable problem solving skills and solutions focusedHigh tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going changeResilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast paced and demanding environment.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredWhat we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
