Building a sustainable tomorrow
Bam Nuttall has an exciting opportunity for a temporary HR Business Advisor to assist our HR department during a period of modernisation and change for the next 6-9 months. This role will report to the HR Director and be responsible for leading and driving the following changes.

This role can be based at either our Camberley or London offices
Your mission
As the HR Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Documenting and publishing the new Subsistence policies; including tailored site guidance where needed
Manage online FAQ's and briefings to senior leaders and site supervisors
Develop improved application forms to improve compliance and transparency
Develop and maintaining a new subsistence register
Develop training material for sites and the HR department
Review of all new [500+] monthly staff subsistence applications
Support the one to one discussion & develop personal impact statements
Implement a new periodic review and audit process
Who are we looking for?
HR professional
Knowledge of the industry (including WRA) is desired
Strong communicator, able to elicit information from stakeholders at all levels.
Must be diligent and use own initiative to resolve issues.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
Good MS office skills, including basic Excel (for personal impact statements)
