Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Associate to join their team in Barrow in Furness.HR Associate.Full time and Permanent.Up to circa £30k.Barrow in Furness - predominantly office basedAs the HR Associate, you will support across with a variety of responsibilities for the People function.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Assisting HR with the process of recruitment.Supporting with HR related training programmes.Coordinating logistics for new hires, on-boarding and exit interviews.Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.We are looking for:Experience working as a HR Administrator/Assistant.Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.Excellent communication skills.The ability to manage high volumes of work with good prioritisation skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team.
