Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Associate to join their team in Barrow in Furness.
HR Associate.
Full time and Permanent.
Up to circa £30k.
Barrow in Furness - predominantly office based
As the HR Associate, you will support across with a variety of responsibilities for the People function.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assisting HR with the process of recruitment.
Supporting with HR related training programmes.
Coordinating logistics for new hires, on-boarding and exit interviews.
Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.
We are looking for:
Experience working as a HR Administrator/Assistant.
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage high volumes of work with good prioritisation skills.
