Our client is committed to providing excellent customer service and the role of People Assistant is key in supporting their internal customers, their colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for People queries and will be responsible for providing the team with day-to-day People administration.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and play a key role in providing generalist People administration and support for staff members, ensuring compliance with regulations, policy and procedure. The role will cover various People functions including terms and conditions, policy and procedure, benefits, systems and payroll.
Whilst experience in a previous HR role is desirable, full training on People functions will be provided, therefore, if you have strong administrative skills that have been demonstrated in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
This is an agile role, therefore there will be the expectation that you attend their hubs for regular collaboration and engagement purposes.
