As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in various administrative tasks and projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations.
Description of the role:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and training.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, including drafting communications and conducting research as needed.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
About you:
- Human Resources qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience in similar HR positions a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
