We are working with a growing and successful Manufacturing company, and they are looking for a keen and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join the business ASAP.
The role would be ideal for candidates who are passionate about a career in HR and have c1-2 years’ HR administration experience, who are looking to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
This is an office-based role - Monday to Friday.
Reporting into the HR Manager and providing support to c200 employees across multi-sites, the focus of the role is to provide generalist HR administration support to the business, including dealing with 1st line HR queries, starters, leavers, updating the HR systems, recruitment, and assistaing with HR projects. For this role candidates will need to have exposure within a busy HR team as a HR administrator and be passionate about a career in HR, ideally studying towards CIPD Level 3 or have a relevant HR degree.
A confident and outgoing approach is required, with excellent communication and administration skills is required for this role.
