We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR and TUPE Administrator to join our people team based in Shrewsbury.The HR and TUPE Administrator will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and professional support service to the wider TUPE People mobilisation team and maintaining standards of integrity of the HR function at all times.Benefits for the role include

* Knowledge of TUPE administration preferable.
* To coordinate TUPE activity and ensure key milestones and deadlines are adhered to.
* Working closely with wider mobilisation team to develop the timetable for key HR TUPE activity.
* Supporting the administration and mail merge activity of TUPE Measures statements and letters.
* Supporting with the administration of TUPE Win onboarding activity.
* Supporting the collation of information related to compliance checks and Right to Work as needed and creating Bamboo profiles.
* Supporting the co-ordination of timetable for group and 1:1 meetings with incumbent staff as needed and liaising with the incumbent team to book rooms.
* Supporting the TUPE mobilisation team with finalising presentation slides and TUPE Packs.
* Working closely with the wider HR colleagues to ensure key TUPE activity, timings and procedures are supported.
* Review and filing of employee files for TUPE Win's and preparation and transfer of employee files for TUPE Loss.
* Preparation and collation of data from our Bamboo system for TUPE Loss Data.Do you have what it takes?
* A minimum of 3 years administration experience.
* Data orientated with a good eye for detail.
* Knowledge of TUPE and its process.
* Understanding of Right to Work and DBS requirements desirable.
* Highly organised and ability to plan effectively, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are well planned.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
* Proficient user of MS Office and experience of HR systems, including Teams, Excel and Word.
* Attention to detail.
