Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Consultancy their new hire for a HR and Talent Development Manager.
As the HR and Talent Development Manager for you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational culture, managing human resources functions, and ensuring the development and well-being of their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR generalist who has keen interest in talent development.
Salary £55,000-£60,000
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee the development of the learning curriculum
Oversee the annual and 6 month review cycle
Design/delivery of effective learning solutions and training delivery.
Advise Managers on performance improvement and talent growth
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement effective training programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, Talent Development or Leaning and Development
Proven experience as an HR Advisor within the Property Industry or Professional Services
Bachelors degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Experience in managing diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
