Job Title: HR and People Manager
Salary: £36,000.00 per annum FTE
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Hybrid Working, to include all Lakeland Arts sites in Bowness and Kendal
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Term: Part time, permanent
Purpose
Your primary objective is to champion the employee and volunteer journey, from recruitment to development and promotion, while embedding good HR practices and Lakeland Arts’s values. You’ll lead the development and implementation of a people strategy that prioritises equality, diversity, inclusion and employee well-being. Through effective managements of HR policies, procedures and systems, you’ll ensure compliance and promote a supportive working environment conducive to productivity and growth.
