Attend ER and other meetings as an advisor, witness, and diligent notetaker.Provide essential support during TUPE, restructures, and acquisitions.Facilitate feedback reports/projectsPrepare all HR reporting, including monthly metrics for our Board Report.Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesSupport HR projectsHandle generalist HR administration in alignment with the employee lifecycle. Workwith our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Manage queries related to payroll and benefits.Prepare data for National Minimum Wage (NMW), salary reviews, bonuses, and gender pay reporting.Organize Long Service Award gifts and celebrations.Contribute to the planning and execution of colleague events, including our annual awards ceremony.
