Weare seeking a highly organised and detailed orientated individualwho will be responsible for a wide range of HR and Administrativetasks, whilst ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
What you'll bedoing
HR
Inputdata in to the HR database, ensuring records are up to date at alltime.
Timemanagement system – maintaining and adjust records to ensure theproduction of accurate and timely information.
Issuepaperwork in relation to the absence management procedure,monitoring and reporting on completion as required.
Assistin the administration of the recruitment service, by ensuring allactions on the HR starter process have been completed andorganising inductions for all new staff.
Workwith colleague to ensure that all leaver actions arecompleted.
Assistin the organisation of training activities, including draftingtimetable for group sessions, liaising with training providers asneeded
Issuingcontracts and job offers
Sendingout induction letters and ensuring managers and departments arekept up to speed
Dealingwith absences and sickness
Ensureaccurate HR wages information is prepared monthly for handover toaccounts
Notetaking in Disciplinary and Grievance Hearings
Administrative
Efficientlyhandle day to day operations ensuring smooth a smooth andefficient environment
Supportwith IT related tasks
Supportwith company meetings, and events coordination
Supportwith management of our subcontractors and suppliers
Filingand ad hoc duties
Fleetmanagement
Produceweekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required Requirements Who you are
Youwill have 6 months to 1 year HR experience
Abilityto work with volume and in a fast-paced environment
Have
goodexcel and work skills as well as professional emailetiquette
Highlevel of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Promotesstrict confidentiality within the department
Spanish is a must
