We are working on behalf of a leading education provider who are looking to appoint a
HR Advisor on a full-time permanent
contract to cover sites across the
Birmingham area.

The role will be a home-based position, with site visits a couple of times a week, and the salary banding starts at £35k .
Daily duties will include:
Providing a generalist HR advisory service to a number of clients across the Birmingham area, over the phone, virtually and in person
Managing a varied ER caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
Carrying out end to end investigations, chairing meetings and attending mediations
Supporting with restructures and the harmonisation of terms & conditions
Preparing and issuing paperwork, including outcome letters, reports and document bundles
Guiding on any legal issues and ensuring compliance with laws and legislations
Handling any HR projects as and when required
Skills/experience required:
Handling a varied ER caseload
Conducting investigations
Excellent working knowledge of employment laws and legislations
Confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Package/benefits:
£0.45 per mile expenses for site work
37 hours pw (flexible working pattern)
26 days hol + bank holidays
Bupa healthcare
4.5% pension contribution
